Comics updated to v0.9.3

Our free Comics app has just been updated to version 0.9.3. Changes include an improved UI (switch between different comic strips with one tap, faster configuration screen) and support for even more comics.

Along with the app updated we have added 18 more comics, including Bizarro, Beetle Bailey, Ziggy, Mutts and many more. You can find the complete list of available comics here. The total number of available comics is now up to 101 from the humble 35 we started with.

The app is free, so be sure to check it out.

Comics available via App Catalog

Comics has been published in the App Catalog just today. It is an RSS Reader for your favorite comic strips and humor websites. More than 35 comics are available at the moment, with more to come.

Comics has been available as a Homebrew App for quite some time but with the most recent update it is now available for free via the official App Catalog.

Helicopter Game released

The Helicopter Game has just been published in the App Catalog.
It’s a clone of the well-known Helicopter Flash Game that has been around for quite some time on the internet, now it’s on your Pre. It’s free and open source.
Screenshots and source code are available here.
Important: Should the game happen to lag try quitting other applications before playing it, especially the App Catalog itself.

Welcome Spanish Palm Pre Users

All of our apps currently available in the App Catalog are now localized in Spanish, for all Spanish, Mexican and other Spanish speaking Palm Pre users to enjoy our apps in their mother tongues, thanks to helpful homebrew enthusiast Manuel Rodriguez. So if you prefer your apps in Spanish over English, update the apps via App Catalog now. Have fun!

15 Puzzle launches

15 Puzzle is now available in the App Catalog! This sliding puzzle contains many diferent motifs and of course also the classic 15 puzzle. Additionally you can create your own puzzles from images stored on your device (note: 300×300 pixels fit best).

Snake launches

Snake, which has been available for quite some time in the homebrew community, launched today as our third app in the App Catalog.

It’s a port of the classic Snake game you know from your old computers or ancient Nokia phones, which came preloaded with Snake, too. You can control the snake with your keyboard (I, J, K, L or W, A, S, D keys) or by finger flicking (not recommended if your snake is moving very fast ;-) )

It’s of course free, just like our other apps, so grab it now. Have fun!

Currency Converter launched
